Sales support

Our support is divided into three core areas of expertise:

  • Order center – serves our corporate/wholesale customers daily by phone, e-mail or direct communication and carries out orders from Autokataloog.
  • Sales representatives – an important link between the client and KGK, which ensures long-term cooperation. Market analysis and customer relations ensure customers awareness of our product range and keep them up to date with our pricing and support services.
  • Autoekspert – enables us to serve our customers all over Estonia, which ensures more flexible delivery and customer service as well as the customers satisfaction.

Technical support

We give our clients professional technical support through our product managers who work closely alongside manufacturers. We prepare suitable manuals and materials for the market so it is easier for our customers to intall, present and sell our products. We organize manufacturer approved and product-specific training.
